1. Body Cupping — DRY

2. Body Cupping — WET 

A precise wet cupping method used to relieve deep stagnation and encourage natural detox pathways.

This is not a medical procedure and is not offered as treatment for disease.

The approach is gentle, controlled and hygienic.

Duration: 60  min

Performed only after a short wellness consultation.

3. Facial Cupping — DRY 

Aesthetic facial cupping using micro-cups to:

• reduce swelling and puffiness

• soften jaw tension

• improve circulation and muscle tone

• restore natural radiance and warmth to the skin

This method is non-invasive and safe for routine care.

Duration: 45 -60  min

4. Facial Cupping — WET 

A refined aesthetic wet cupping technique applied only to micro-zones to release stagnation and dullness.

Helps the face look clearer, lighter, more awake.

Performed very gently, with minimal marks and no aggressive stimulation.

Duration: 60 min

How to Prepare

• Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior

• Stay hydrated

• Bring comfortable clothing

• Wet cupping requires a brief wellness check beforehand

Aftercare

• Light rest recommended

• Avoid sauna / hot shower same day

• Hydrate well

• Allow the body to settle — results unfold gently
